Open View® Imbalance Service Announcement

- To All Sterling Clients:
Please be advised that effective Friday,
July 6th, 2007, Sterling Service Bureau has
commenced NASDAQ Posted Imbalance Open View® display
service to all eligible clients. On the same date Sterling
will discontinue INET Book display service. INET Book
display data will become available through the Total
View® service as part of the “single book”
initiative of NASDAQ.
Total View® display will be offered
to Sterling clients subject to exchange fees as posted
by NASDAQ. Professional users will be charged $70.00
per month per display device and non-professional users
will be charged $14.00 per month per display device.
The detail fee information can be found on the NASDAQ
web page at http://www.nasdaqtrader.com/trader/mds/nasdaqother/pricing.stm.
Total View® display will be enabled
for all users of the Sterling Trader platform provided
that they agree to the charges as described above; the
necessary subscriber agreements for professional and
non-professional users will need to be executed and
placed on file at Sterling. The billing for the Total
View® display will be done by Sterling as part of
the monthly service invoicing cycle.
In order to secure access to the Total
View® data on December 1st you will be required
to supply a list of Trader IDs (Login IDs) for whom
you wish the data to be made available. Only traders
included on the list received from you will have access
to Total View® data effective the morning of Friday,
December 1st, 2006. The list of traders must
be sent to Sterling by Friday, November 24,
2006. Please email the list to support@sterlingfinancialsystems.com.
Please keep in mind that only those
traders for whom the necessary NASDAQ subscriber agreements
for professional or non-professional users are executed
and are on file with Sterling will be eligible for Total
View® data.
If you choose not to subscribe to the
Total View® service you may continue receiving NASDAQ
Level II data via NQDS service. No action is required
by you in this case.
